Rayjon Share Care of Sarnia, Inc. is pleased to inform all members and supporters that our ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held in a hybrid fashion (both IN-PERSON and VIRTUALLY) on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at 7:00 PM EST.
Join us. All are welcome.
Agenda will include:
- Presentation of reports from committees and the Board, sharing actions taken in the past year;
- Election of Board of Directors;
- Presentation of audited financial statements and auditor’s report;
- Appointment of auditor for the upcoming fiscal year.
That’s the official AGM business! But because we are passionate about our mission and enjoy one another’s company, we also try to make an AGM a bit of a social, engaging event. You’ll hear updates from our Haitian and Dominican partners and have an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the organization. This year, we’ll also be sharing exciting news about our Strategic Direction for the future & opportunities for YOU to get involved 🙂
IN-PERSON AGM

Light snacks and cash bar.
VIRTUAL AGM
Please register in advance (FREE).
Location: Online, via Zoom. Registered attendees will receive a Zoom link to connect.
Time: 7:00 PM EST
If more than one registered voting member is connecting from the same household, you will each need to sign in from separate devices to vote
PLEASE NOTE:
- – You do not need to be a registered voting member to attend our AGM. All are welcome!
- – Prior to the event, all registered attendees will receive an email with instructions for viewing and downloading the complete AGM package, with all relevant reports. A limited # of printed copies will be available at the in-person AGM, but we encourage you to download and view the electronic document (help us go green!).
- – Registered voting members will receive instructions on how to place their votes, which can be cast at either the in-person or Zoom event.
- – Registered voting members who are not Directors have the right to vote by proxy. If you are a voting member and unable to attend either the in-person or virtual AGM, please designate a proxy to vote on your behalf, by completing the proxy form and submitting it to Rayjon’s Chairperson Joanna Catterson at [email protected] before 5PM on Friday, October 21, 2022. Your proxy may register for either the in-person or virtual AGM. (You will receive the AGM package in advance to inform your decisions).
- – Please note that the meeting will be recorded to assist with creating accurate minutes.
