Annual Meeting

Virtually via Zoom on November 3 at 6:00pm EST

We are excited to welcome and invite all to participate in discussions, ask questions and express opinions!

Registration is required to attend the Zoom meeting.

The Annual Meeting agenda will include:

Presentation of reports from committees and the Board, sharing actions taken in the past year;
Election of Board of Directors for 2026-2027;
Presentation of audited financial statements and auditor’s report;
To view our Annual Report (with impact highlights from Haiti/DR, updates on Rayjon in Canada, and summarized financials)

PLEASE NOTE:

You do not need to be a registered voting member to attend our Annual Meeting. All are welcome.
